The Rocket R Cinquantotto espresso machine boasts dual boilers, each managed by a PID temperature controller to ensure consistent brewing. Its near-silent rotary pump allows for direct plumbing into a water line, making operation even more convenient.

Removable Touchscreen Display

With the removable PID-control touchscreen in place, you can also turn off the steam boiler, set on/off times for different days of the week, turn on ECO mode to save power, and switch between the water tank or a direct water line connection.

Commercial Rotary Pump

The R Cinquantotto comes with a commercial-grade rotary pump featuring external pressure adjustment controls. This enables the user to fine-tune the pump pressure while monitoring it on the dedicated pressure gauge.

Dual PID Temperature Controllers

The 0.58 L brew boiler and the 1.8 L steam boiler each have dedicated PID controllers that regulate their temperatures with precision. Users can effortlessly adjust the temperature of each boiler via the touchscreen display to suit different roasts.

Direct Water Line Connection

A dedicated control switch enables users to switch between using the 2.5-liter reservoir or connecting the R Cinquantotto directly to a water line.
